As a third-generation Chartered Accountant at M/s R.G. Agarwala & Co., I am part of a close-knit joint family in Kolkata with a legacy rooted deeply in the profession. Guided by the visionary approach of my grandfa- ther, CA Ram Gopal Agarwala, our family has prioritized advanced education, building a solid foundation for each generation. For nearly two decades, my uncle, Dr. CA Rakesh Agarwal, has been a steadfast pillar of support and strength for our firm, reinforcing our family's enduring commitment to excellence.

Growing up in such an environment, I was fortunate to inherit not just academic excellence but also a passion for sports from my mother, who herself excelled as a sportswoman before her marriage. Under her guidance, I attained my Black belt in karate, a journey that not only honed my physical prowess but also provided me with opportunities to represent my state and country on numerous prestigious platforms.

My marital journey with Neha, spanning seven enriching years, has been marked by mutual support and shared aspirations. Neha brings her expertise in finance, complementing my professional endeavors. Her MBA in Finance further enriches our shared knowledge base, fostering a dynamic synergy in both our personal and professional lives.

Together, Neha and I are blessed with two sons, Shivansh and Harshiiv, aged 3.5 and 1.5 years, who infuse our lives with boundless joy and inspiration.
